Where is Haleigh Cummings?
Am I the only one frustrated by the lack of updates in the case of missing 5 year old Haleigh Cummings? It’s driving me nuts. I keep clicking from site to site, thinking that surely someone will have SOMETHING new, and it’s just not there. Half the sites (ones that were wonderful about updating on Caylee Anthony, I might add) still have yesterday’s story. I finally found a small update on Fox News, which contained links to OLD stories on MyFoxOrlando and MyFoxTampaBay. Grrrr. With a bit more clicking, I finally found a local site that appears to be updating, altho there is no video available to post.
The real question is, where is Haleigh? The story I found really provides no new information, other than to say that the “items of interest” found yesterday turned out to be nothing. I’ll post the story below, I’m also going to go find the Amber Alert flier and post that. If you have a blog or MySpace, please repost. Let’s get this little girl’s face out there. SOMEONE has to know something. And please, continue to pray for Haleigh and her family.

‘Items of Interest’ Found to be Insignificant to Disappearance of Haleigh
SATSUMA, FL — Chief Rick Ryan with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said that the items of interest found Friday have been analyzed by the FDLE crime lab and found to be insignificant in the disappearance of 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings.
In a 4 p.m. news conference Ryan did not release new information about the disappearance only about future plans for an extended search.
SEARCH FOR HALEIGH: EXPANDED COVERAGE
Sunday’s plan is to search other locations in Putnam County. In addition, all dive searches along the shoreline of the St. Johns River will be suspended for the day.
Ryan said that they will continue water and air searches along the shore-line.
The sheriff’s office said that no additional volunteers are needed for the search and that the operation did not “require a thousand people.”
Investigators still say that everyone is a person of interest in the case and they will continue to interview family and will interview friends of the family soon.
Ryan noted that the family has been very cooperative and that Victim Advocates from Putnam County and across the state are working with the family.
Investigators also said that no information has been received that would warrant them to look into areas outside of the state.
I think that they will cut her a deal & she will break, or lie and make something up, the law enforcement there must be incompetant to not have any clues as to where this child ended up!!! The Mother of Haleigh hardly knows her, the Dad does seem believable that he loves his daughter, but in reality if his lifestyle wasn’t what it is, she would not have had to be in whatever situation that she was in to be “kidnapped” I believe 100% that the babysitter/stepmom knows what happened to her, but if I am wrong & she wasn’t there when the child went missing or was too stoned to wake up when someone was taking her, doesn’t that prove her neglegent? and prove Ronald neglegent also for leaving her with someone that was partying & not capable of taking care of herself let alone 2 small children? These lowlife drug dealers should be charged for Haleighs disappearance. They were responsible for the child & now she cannot be found…unfortunately when she is found, I suspect that she will not be alive. I believe that her parents, and other family members, department of family services and now law enforcement have failed this child. IT’S A SAD WORLD WE LIVE IN! Makes me wonder why people like that can even concieve!

That ‘twisted’ babysitter, step mum, ex-wife Misty Croslin will never ‘confess’ to the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings. I feel the witch would rather die in prison than give details of Haleigh’s remains. Disgusting crime ridden family Misty comes from and Ronnie Cummings has his issues with crime also. Makes me want to puke. C’mon, how can theses illiterate criminals outsmart the law forso long? White collar criminals get caught within months.
This is sad, Why would any one kid nap a little girl?
I feel bad for this mother who for 3 years now doesn’t know where her baby is every night must be a nightmare for her. To misty and her weird ass family I wish they would stay in jail until they tell the truth. I will pray nightly for news of where this beautiful little girl might be so we can bring peace to the mother and the spirit of this precious girl. Just remember she may be gone but she is surely not forgotten.
