I get sick of politicians pointing fingers and blaming, or worse playing the race card. I have to avoid watching the news, because hearing your elected officials bickering, it makes me about sick to the stomach. The point is, whatever happened before, there is nothing you can do to change the past. We must support the Red Cross and the other great charities lending a hand. We also must give gratitude to the men and women of the National Guard for their efforts in this horrific disaster. It is time to stop pointing fingers and get with the recovery.
