Looks like Casey will be headed back to jail
WFTV.com is reporting that Leonard Padilla is beginning the process of revoking Casey Anthony’s bond. Can’t say as I blame him.
Bounty Hunter Says He’s Revoking Bond Posted For Casey Anthony
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Eyewitness News was informed Thursday morning by bounty hunter Leonard Padilla that he’s beginning the process of having Casey Anthony’s $500,000 bond revoked after details emerged that suggest missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony is dead. Padilla said he’s working to determine the process and hopes to begin it Thursday afternoon or Friday.
I’ll be keeping a close eye on the news today. Me thinks that murder charges have to be coming soon. It’s such a bummer, I was really holding out hope that maybe Caylee was alive. It’s time for Casey to come clean and let Caylee rest in peace. How much longer does she really think she can get away with these lies?
I’ve also been watching this closely and posting about it. I am assuming that if Casey doesn’t take the plea bargain by today they will issue a warrant for her arrest by this evening so revoking the bond won’t really matter but it will allow Leonard to get his money back before she tries to run or kill herself.
What? Now they think she’s dead? What’s the story; how or when did those details come out? I”ve been out of the loop on this story for a few days. Sad.
The test results from the FBI as well as the Body Farm are back and it looks as if it was Caylee’s body in the trunk.
There must be good evidence building up.
Did I just hear that her attorney still maintains that she is innocent?
I have been watching this horrific show unfold closely since its inception back on July 15, 2008. I am deeply disturbed at how such a person so young can be so…..soulless. We can thank parents such as George and Cindy Anthony for creating such an abomination upon human kind. Their deep rooted denials and constant lies about what their daughter is capable of, is so ludicrous that it makes one wonder how can they live with themselves? Knowing that the type of environment that they provided, for Casey and Lee, would spill over to little Caylee. It would appear that Cindy and George made some atrocious mistakes with Casey, and that they want to have a ……do-over. This is by no means a child’s game. By using their innocent granddaughter (showering her with gifts, attention, etc, etc.) as a surrogate daughter, this has probably instilled a tremendous amount of jealousy from the biological mother, Casey. The Anthonys know more than they are telling about their daughter, Casey. There is such a thing as family secrets and they’re not spilling any details. It is painfully obvious that there is a power struggle between Cindy and Casey over Caylee….WHY? I’ve noticed that in the jailhouse recordings, Casey is an emotional rapist. She thrives on inflicting emotional carnage with whomever she speaks to….what’s wrong with this picture? Yet, on the other hand, when she wants something (from men…like her attorney, her brother, her boyfriend, maybe even her father) all she has to do is turn on the tears, or bat those long eyelashes and flash those pearly whites…. It’s game over for the opposite sex!! She seems to cajole the male species around her and ultimately get out on a $500,000 bond. I wonder if Lady Justice will eventually use the sword in this matter rather than the scales to administer justice……One only knows.
Someone do something. Casey killed her daughter. Arrest her and place her on death row. We will never know what happened to Caylee. Shame on Casey’s parents for protecting her.
I though Casey Anthony has a clothing restriction in regards to her being released from jail????? Funny though, the pictures on Nancy Grace’s show tonight showed her in VERY short shorts and she had the sleeves of her t-shirt rolled up. Does this broad not know how to dress appropriately?? Especially when she’s been ripped in the media for her past? Personally they need to send her back to jail and put her in with the general population, don’t put her in solitary. If they keep her in with the general population someone will beat the answer out of her which right now the cops need all the help they can get.
I cannot for the life of me understand Cindy the mom. She is in so much denial it really boggles my mind. Is she for real! And where is George Anthony in all this. Casey needs to tell the truth and I think Padilla is right to send her back to jail. I would put her in solitary confinement till she talks. She knows where her daughter is and sad to say she probably put the body in the swamps with the alligators.
The grandmother really is getting on a lot of peoples nerves with her constantly not believing any of the evidence that is pouring in now. The only person that knows where her granddaughter is “Casey”!
i personally think that she thought that she would get away with this horrific thing that she has done. but eventually she will pay dramatically for what she has done. The bondsman should of had never gotten her out in the first place. I am hurting so bad right now because this beautiful angel did not deserve any of this. but maybe justice will pay her what she owes that little girl.
Tammy, I just read that after meeting with Baez, Padilla is not going to revoke her bond. What could possibly have changed his mind?
I don’t know. Someone must have said something to sway him, but I can’t imagine what. I keep waiting for her to be charged, I can’t believe it hasn’t happened yet.
I can’t believe it either. Maybe they think she is about to break. Personally, I think they should put her back in a cell and ignore her. Without any attention I bet she would start talking to get the attention back on her.

hopefully they can let that little angel rest!!! I pray to god if something happened to her they can finally let her rest in peace….
