Janemom, I appreciate and share your passionate response. I hope however that you are premature in your predictions. Personally, I find myself walking the fine line of seeing and appreciating the greatness of America and it's people every day, while wondering how our elected officials can ruin it. How they are elected and how they serve seem two different things.
Some days I want to throw in the towel, and on others I cling to my optimistic nature. I tend to agree that the issues that face our country here and now are critical and pivotal. We will likely live to see if the right path is taken.

Um...I would have just gone ahead and ripped that hat off his head. I am a Marine's wife with little patience for bullshit. THAT qualifies.

My in-laws were naturalized in 1966 after FIVE YEARS OF TRYING TO PROVE THAT AN OXFORD MEDICAL EDUCATION WAS WORTHY TO GAIN ENTRE into this country. Explain THAT.

Bushie makes me want to PUKE with his worthless "we are a country of laws" pronouncements. Its over. This country is NOT the one my ancestors FOUNDED.

It makes me SICK to know MY children will see the sunset of greatness in America.
