I think it’s time for Casey to start talking, don’t you?
I knew this was coming, but continued to hope that I was wrong. Tests are back showing that there was indeed a decomposing body in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car. There goes my last little hope that Caylee Anthony would be found alive.
I’ve got the news on in the background, mainly because I just about can’t wait to see how Cindy and George Anthony explain this evidence away. I don’t think they can. Maybe now they’ll finally face facts and make their daughter explain just what happened to Caylee. Maybe they can convince themselves that old pizza can SMELL like a dead body….but I don’t think scientific testing is going to make a mistake like that.
Casey, if you’re out there reading (and y’all would be surprised how often family of stories I write about do indeed run onto this blog)….it’s time to do right by Caylee. Bring her home, and let her rest in peace. She doesn’t deserve to just be thrown away somewhere. I think that even though she was an inconvenience to you, you really did love your daughter, and whatever happened was an accident. It’s time to face facts and do the right thing for Caylee.

Tests Show Decomposing Body Was In Car Belonging To Caylee’s Mom
ORLANDO, Fla. — Air and hair samples removed from a car belonging to the mother of a missing Orlando girl indicate a decomposing body was in the vehicle’s trunk.
Detectives now have scientific proof that a body has been in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car, sheriff’s office sources confirmed to Local 6′s Mike DeForest Wednesday night.
Early in the search for missing Caylee Anthony, 3, Orange County sheriff’s detectives took hair and air samples from Casey Anthony’s vehicle. Local 6 showed video of CSI taking the samples in a garage.
The evidence was then sent to the University of Tennessee Body Farm — a place that specializes in human decomposition.
Investigative sources confirmed to Local 6 News that evidence found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s vehicle indicates that a dead body was inside, Local 6′s Jessica D’Onofrio reported.
Cadaver dogs initially alerted to human decomposition in the trunk before the evidence was sent to Tennessee.
Also, when the vehicle was originally found, Casey Anthony’s mother, Cindy, appeared to believe something sinister may have happened to Caylee.
“There is something wrong,” Cindy Anthony said in a 911 call. “I found my daughter’s car today and it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car.”
However, during recently interviews, Cindy Anthony has claimed that Casey had rotting pizza in the trunk of her vehicle and that was the reason for the foul smell.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said they will be working with the Body Farm to solidify the latest results.
Investigators are not saying the body inside the vehicle was that of missing Caylee but sources said prosecutors have now offered Casey Anthony a limited form of immunity if she helps detectives locate Caylee, DeForest reported. The offer expires on Tuesday.
Tammy: Unfortunately, I knew this day was coming, but my heart still breaks for this beautiful little girl. I really wish her pychotic mother would finally break down and say where her body is…..My gut tells me that the grandparents know the real truth, the grandma probably even had a role in hiding Caylee’s body….What’s sad is that when this is all over with, that family will cash in and write a book about this tragedy. If she didn’t want to have a baby in the first place, she should have given her up for adoption. This is so tragic!!!
It is time for Casey to go back to jail – and sit there until she tells them where the child is buried. The bounty hunter is saying on tv tonight that he regrets helping get her out of jail and some decision will be made tonight about whether her bail is going to be revoked.
I am so sorry that this has happened. My thoughts are with the grandparents of this child. But absolutely NONE for that mom. Something is seriously wrong with her! This business of offering limited immunity will probably get her off with a light sentence – the cops want to find the body and move on. They better put her in isolation again – someone will take matters in their own hands.
This is such a shame. It confirms what I hoped to be wrong all along. I think the grandmother does know something as well. And if she knew her daugther did not want a child would someone please explain to me why she did not let her give her up for adoption or raise the grandchild herself?
I too think that the grandmother knows what is going on and is protecting her daughter.
I feel Casey has told her mother that someone dangerous killed the little girl. The grandmother feared that Casey was going to be tried for murder etc and decided to help her lie about it. Think about it…something Cindy saw urged her to call 911 and report her daughter, that call to 911 was a call on her daughter..”I found my daughter’s car and it smells like a dead body in there.” She herself pointed the accusing finger at her daughter, and now she retracts it? Don’t be surprised if in the coming weeks, some elaborate story comes out sounding like the plot of a bad action flick starring Casey as the near heroine who just missed saving her daughter’s life.
It sickens me, that people like Casey are blessed with beautiful children they take for granted or don’t love, in Casey’s case, DIDN’T WANT…and women like me who would make great loving mothers are stricken with infertility.
The dna evidence in the trunk is hard to deal with. I sure hope it is a situation where she sold her daughter to a loving couple that couldn’t have kids, but it doesn’t look like it is going to play out that way. Special Report Caylee Anthony
As a 27 year old, I cannot BELIEVE this woman younger than me would do such a thing! I’ve had friends have babies around her age and they love their children dearly! I had tears streaming down my face watching Nancy Grace last night as this report came up. Maybe George is really clueless as to what is going on, but Cindy should really feel horrible for trying to keep her daughter’s lie a secret! I have a feeling she is not that naive and knows what her daughter is capable of. She is a constant liar, how could this woman believe her?! I also read Casey wanted to give Caylee up for adoption, but Cindy made her keep her, so I’d say she’s as much to blame for this horrific crime happening! Too bad a judge will not see it that way, but maybe they could find something against her for “covering” for Casey. These young women need to use more protection instead of sleeping around and just thinking they can abandon what they’re responsible for later!
I was absolutely devastated when I heard this yesterday. I kept hoping that Casey had hid Caylee someplace to spite Cindy. I can’t even imagine what kind of a story she will come up with now. Even if they find Caylee’s body is it too late to determine the real cause of death? I can’t help but wonder if the deputy boyfriend knows something. Why else would he lie about knowing her?
Here is the bottom line.
THEY NEED TO EXECUTE THIS CHICK ONCE THEY FIND HER GUILTY AFTER ALL OF THIS DELIBERATE DECEPTION, PERIOD!!!
This tramp is evil. And don’t give me that “insane” garbage. Everything about her is cold and calculating…
It will be interesting to see all the sympathy and excuses for this broad once all is revealed.
No child deserves to suffer such a fate, especially at the hands of its own parent.
The jig is up Casey! Everyone knows Caylee is dead. It’s time to tell the TRUTH!
No matter how self-centered you are or whatever your reason for killing her, her grandparents have a right to claim her body and give her a proper burial.
You are lucky to have such understanding, loving parents. My father was a cop as well, but I can assure you, if I were in your position, I would not have to worry about what the police did to me, my parents’ punishment would have been far more severe!!! My father would take hold of you and beat you senseless until you told him the truth!
You are a cold-blooded baby killer and I, for one, do NOT believe there was any accident involved! I hope you burn in HELL!!!

Just a question, who and where is this little girl’s father? I guess he’s not concerned either that his kid is dead? Did he abandon Casey and Caylee when she was born? That should be another person added to the list of us who want to see Casey pay for this horrible GAME she’s put everyone through rather than just fessing up to it all!!
Fawn, no one seems to know for sure who Caylee’s father is. Casey claims he died in a car accident. I personally suspect that she doesn’t KNOW who the father is.

The baby father is deceased is what I have heard and read. Unlike Susan Smith at least she is not lying if he is indeed deceased.
Oh wait! I am pretty sure that on Nancy Grace last night I saw a clip of George saying that the decomposing body couldn’t be Caylee because she is still alive. So did they buy a vehicle with a decomposing body in the trunk, and just didn’t notice the odor until now, or did someone in the Anthony family run somebody over and just stick them in the trunk?
