Hurricane Pics
Ok, I finally broke down and joined up with Flickr…I wanted a quick and easy way to display some hurricane pics. A word of advice to anyone who decides to join Flickr…resize your pictures first!
Anyway…if you’re in the Mom~Stressed~ theme, look over to the sidebar and you’ll see the Flickr badge. If you’re in the Mom~Beached~theme, switch for a minute, lol, cuz I’m too tired right now to post it in that sidebar. :) I will, really I will…tomorrow!
So, go look at the pics…there’s some pretty good ones there.
Then come back and share your opinion of Flickr with me…I want to hear what you think of it….and I want to know if you use the free version, or the paid…and if the paid is worth the money.

Hard to believe it has been one year already. Michele sent me again! You missed my post…you know me…you’ll groan.
Off to view your pictures. Coming by via Michele, have a wonderful weekend!
Ahab sent me. After looking at all the pictures, I have only one thing to say: MOVE!!!!!!
That’s what I’d like to know too, Tammy. The free version is kind of really limited, 10MB a month is not much. I hope you get some answers. But there sidebar is cool, anyway.
Cool, you have a flickr badge. Isn’t it cool? That’s weird that you had to resize your picture. I did not have any trouble and did not have to resize. Weird, I say.
I’ve just uploaded the pictures to the same server that hosts my blog. If you think Flickr is nice or worthwhile or something please let us know.
I personally am not a fan, but only because the more pictures you have in it the more slowly your page seems to load. But that is just my pet peeve. I think the badge is pretty cool though, just wish it didnt slow things down so much (my firewall blocks them 90 percent of the time anyways..LOL)
Just wanted to stop by and let you know that my blog vacation is over, and I am back up and running! I hope you are enjoying your time at Bella! :)

Hi Tammy. You have a lovely blog here. Great design. I’ve been to Ciao my Bella before so I was aware of the good work there.
BTW, visiting via Michele’s site.
It’s not something I’ve ever wanted on my Journal, but some do look very good.
The pictures look, well, not nice or good, but well taken if unnerving due to the subject. Unfortunately, I can’t give any advice on Flickr, as I don’t use it and am not sure how satisfied my friends who do are.
We use flickr and have the paid account. Hubby does most of the photo organizing. He is pleased with it.
I don’t know if I could live down there w. those hurricanes. wht crazy pictures. I signed up w. Flickr and I so have to resize or it screws everything up… My blogsloads faster if I just upload to my server. I thought flickr would be faster, but it doesn’t seem to be….
