Another myth is that there are specific skills and requirements that are required when you are interviewing someone that has a disability. The fact is that you will conduct the interview in the same manner as you would when interviewing anyone else. If you need to know whether their particular disability will affect their job performance, all you need to do is ask them.

In the end, you want to look for someone that is qualified for the job from their past experiences and that has the confidence to get the work done. When you search for this, you will be amazed at what you will find.
