Addendum. When Crystal said Ronald Cummings gave bogus addresses for her to the courts, and she could not appear in court re not getting her mail, then he was awarded custody erroneously and she did not stand a chance. If that story is factual she should have this attorney she has hired now, fight for that faux paus on Ronald Cummings’ wrongdoings. I see a lot of hate and plain mistakes in this custody battle (which it is regardless of R Cummings expressing it is NOT). When accusations from Crystal of her ex beating children until bloodied, then that is a crime, and should be addressed by the courts ASAP. But I find one thing about that accusation, if she knew these kids were being seriously bloodied and abused, why did she wait until Haleigh went missing to bring it out to the public? It APPEARS Crystal has invented yet another false scenario for her lawyer as well.
The old story is that children are always the ones who are hurt…is simply the truth.

Julienne, I agree with everything you wrote in. I noticed the first thing why these children did not have beds. Not to be rude, but I have a better bed for my puppy than Haleigh had. What is the “father” doing that prevents his “beloved children” (according to ther granny) from having a bed, like other little children?
It all seems ominous and dark to me now. Since I have now learned that Misty did laundry at late night! Little boys in bed with her? Well, if she changed that bed he would have awakened and this leads me to believe her scenario is fictitious, and she knows who has Haleigh.
If someone was making the couch JUMP, then the little boy couldn’t have made that one up from his imagination, no way! 4-yr-olds do not have that ilk of imagining!
The little brother does surprise me though that he didn’t say to the “man in black” why are you taking Cissy? he was so close to his sister. That bothers me a lot too.

I agree betty jo why didnt they have better beds/ How many bedrooms did they have in that trailor???? it seemed big enough to have 2 and if there was 2 why wernt the kids in their own bedroom and in there own beds??
On hln at 7:30,theynhave lost focus on Haleigh.They need to stop all this BS and get bsck to looking for haleigh.They showed a picture of a guy who they say was with Misty the night this happen. what about the other little that has gone missing in Tracy,calif. she is 8 years old. this has to come to an end way to many little ones coming up missing. everyone, every where needs to know where their children are at all times, I know that its hard,but we need to try.
Okay,enought I feel like misty knows something.Only because her pass is catching up with her,now this gregg who was surpose to have been with her the night this little girl was missing. and her cousin thqat was at the house thawwt same night.HE is a pervert.It seems like everyone she know are bad people.Have they ever found her cousin????They never did say that. I can’t believe that Ronalds’ mother is actually defending Misty. She may have loved those kids and have nothing to do with Haleighs’ dissapearance, but I have a problem with her story and her finding the shirt that Haleigh was supposedly wearing when she dissappeared. Then to get married while his daughter is still missing? I don’t get it!

Art Harris has quite a bit of information. One thing that I didn’t know that the washing machine was running when the cops came to the trailer. Think about that.
the washing machine was running,never heard anything about that.But it sure doesn’t surprise me.I also don’t believe that she got up to go to the bathroom .I strongly believe that she was up thinking about what she was going to tell people.and ronald.I feel like you people on here think.That someone that Misty knows took that little girl,I have a feeling it was her cousin.
Going back to the washing machine, I wonder what was being washed. Was it an article of clothing that may have had blood on it? This washing machine information has more to say
about this case. I thought only deluxe washing machines had a delay button to wash stuff
later on. If this was a regular washer with a soak button, i still don’t think that it would be running at 3:40 a.m. Then, why was Misty doing laundry when Haleigh went missing?

Do you think if Misti was locked up a couple of days she would start talking? I think she knows alot about this. Probably the blanket she washed and whatever else she said was being washed would link her to the crime. I think she is totally scared of Ronald, so she’s going to be very selective in what she talks about. I hope and pray they find this little girl safe. I know all of you probably have heard the little girl in California, Sandra Cantu was found dead in a suit case. There are alot of wacko’s out there. But for some reason I just don’t think its a stranger that has taken Haleigh.

This is the first time I have hear of the washing running,something fishy.hope Misty cousin didn’t touch her & she said Iam going to tell daddy,& they did do something with her body.What the hell would she be washing @ 3:00 a.m. Did cops stop the washer?does any one know.sure like to know what was in the washer.

Hmm… too much doesnt add up I’m a highschool student doing this kidnapping case as a current events tracking project and I’ve learned everything form police files to every single show her parents have appeared on. One contrediction in this case was the fact that on two different dates she was reported missing. Second she dissapeered form her house which almost never happens in a kiddnapping such as this. third one of the parents is still considered an minor, this “mysterious” dissapeerence could all be a crule crime of the parents to get rid of there illigidament child. Of coarse I hate to think that way but it is always possible in this world today. But It also turns out that several sex offenders live in the same neighborhood, my question is why would her parents move to this area if there were threats such as these. these are just a few of my opinoins on theis case all of which are based on fact.

If Haleigh is still alive perhaps the police do not want to risk making info news so the abductor doesn’t get thoughts of getting caught and kills her. Sandra Cantu was used for
child porn, perhaps Haleigh is still being held. I don’t know anything about child porn
except that it is shocking how many predators there are.

I think Missty left the house .And I think someone that knows she does ,can see when she leaves ,saw her leave and went over there.came to the front door and maybe haleigh let them in because she knows them. They took her out the back door through the woods and put her in the dumpster till they went to get their car .Noone would think of a car there because they do that in the park.I think that is why the dogs went there.

I am kind of disappointed in the lack of coverage for Haleigh everything has seemed to stopped. I honestly believe that Haleigh was caught in the father and now wife’s cross hairs of drugs and whatever else. Ron is such this wonderful father who was given custody of these children that he tends to have on going relationships with woman who have drug problems. No offense to Crystal, but she has admitted to drug use and states she has turned her life around and I hope she has. I think her filing for custody of Jr is the best thing to do. Ron should have never been given custody in any sense and I blame that judge – hope he is happy for his decision. Someone knows something and I feel so bad for this little girl!!!
tamee,I also agree with you on the little girl being caught up in the mess.I really think that they both know something(missy & ronald).On art harris’s web site,I believe it is said that Ronald has said,he knows who has her.I don’t know if Crystal had said it or her brother.If you haven’t checked out artharris.com, you really should.It gives you a whole differnt opinion.
Tamee, I wanted to not believe this could be another parent hurting their child but the more I go into this case the more I am thinking this is the case here. I posted a link on ‘Where Haleigh’ blog? Very Interesting!! Believe this is a huge case about drugs and what can happen getting tangled in that life style with children. If, big if, IMO, Ronald still innocent for hurting her, no doubt his drug behavior and choice in partner set this crime into action.
I also read about washing machine running when police got there but can not find article confirming this. If it was running at 330 am then they are covering something up bigger than we all can could imagine.
I have a question to ask..does anyone know what Misty was wearing when Ron came home? She was suppose to be in bed..got up to go pee…did she have bed clothes on..or jeans?

Unfortunately, there are numerous sex offenders that live in the area. People that have pedophilia are severely mentally ill and almost always end up being repeat offenders. Having a mandatory sex offender registry was the first step in the right direction. However, I feel that ALL people that have been convicted of violent crimes against children should be electronically monitored by an ankle bracelet ora permanent implanted chip. I’m aware this would be costly for state agencies but in the long run, it would save money by not having to prosecute these sickos in the future or fund their jail stays or excution. Most important it could save lives……It turns my stomach when I read into child abduction cases. Child abductions by strangers are not the norm, but when they happen, it is almost always by pedophiles…….I wish there was a deserted island just for them……I understand they cannot help the sick thoughts running through their brains, but they have control whether they decide to act on them or not!
If this little girl is still alive, I pray the sicko that has her will have a heart and release her…..Personally, I feel that the father’s girlfriend that was caring for her at the time, either was under the influence of some sort of substance or was not home. How in the world can a child be right next to your bed sleeping, and you do not here someone come in and take her? I could understand if she was in another room, but this was not the case. Misty changed her stories up and then stated on a TV broadcast that she did not know why she had inconsistencies………duhhhhhhhhhhh
hearing all these stories of children being kidnapped, raped, murdered, etc. makes me sick to my stomach. i am a mom of the most wonderful 5 year old i could ever be blessed with. i had to make a difficult decision to have him knowing i would do this virtually on my own but it was MY decision.
it seems too many times the children are being killed by those closest to them– even their parents! i just cannot comprehend how people can do this–it is SICK!! they blame it on being young, being depressed, the economy…we are ALL hurting and somehow those of us who are great parents just find a way.
the whole situation seems funny to me.
the father didn’t go search for her one time that i know of because “no one would come get him to search” yet i saw him here in the tampa bay area at MY friend’s tattoo shop getting a tattoo. yes it was in his daughters name but seems a LITTLE odd to me.
and could the police be any more ignorant of what is right in front of them? we seem to have better ideas of how to run an investigation than they do!
Still no news? I really hope they find her alive..doesn’t seem that any one is out physically looking for her…if that was my kid or even my dog…I would be out in the wilderness…looking for her. All I hear is where Ron and Misty go eat!!! Take it with you…and go look for your kid..

Hello everyone I hope everyone is well and still have Haleigh in their prayers. These children are our future.I believe Misty holds the key to where haleigh is or who took her.
And from what I have read Rom married Misty to find Haleigh because she was threating to leave.He was afraid that if she left he would never find out what happen to her.Looks like the joke is on Ron cause Haleigh is still gone and misty still there with him.I hope that neither parent get custody of them ……I think Mrs neves should sold custody of those children.

I know God loves children and He alone knows all things…I am praying that He will intervene and bring Haleigh back home. As a mother myself my heart goes out to the Mother of Haleigh and her Father…all of the family. Let’s all join in praying extra hard for this precious little girl to be found in Jesus name. For answers to come forward.
