Cheyenne Eairheart would have been 5 today

Today would have been Cheyenne Eairheart’s 5th birthday. I thought that we should take notice of that, as there has still been no justice in her case. While her family is fighting their way through today, her alleged killer, Holli Baty, is still walking free, out on bond.
Cheyenne’s birthday was separated by one day from her father, Wes. Wes called Cheyenne his birthday present. They had always celebrated both together, which makes it even more bittersweet. I cannot imagine how hard this must be on the Eairheart family.
Please, take a minute of your time today, and think of Chey. Pray that she will receive the justice that she deserves. She was taken away far too soon.

Happy Birthday Baby Girl!!! We are so sorry you are not here to celebrate your 5th birthday with us. It is a very hard day today. We know you are looking down on us trying to help us get thru this day, but it so hard without you. We celebrated your daddy’s 28th birthday yesterday and it was just not the same with out you here. We just keep remembering your laugh and smile. You would always brighten up the room when you walked in. We loved when you came by to see G’ma and G’pa, you would walk in the front door and say “G’ma, G’pa I am hereâ€. You knew how excited we always were to have you with us and how special you are to us. You are in our heart and we think of you everyday, as does your Aunt Ash. We just needed to talk to you today and let you know how hard today is on all of us and how much you are missed and loved by ALL of your family. You had so many people you loved you and would have done anything for you. If we had known what had been happening to you, all of us would have done what ever it took to protect you from her.
Your baby brothers love and miss you too. We talk to them all the time about their beautiful big sister. Little Wes loves your horse G’ma and G’pa got you for Christmas. When he is on it, we tell him his sissy is in heaven watching him play and looking over all of them. They have their own guardian angel.
Even though justice has not been done yet, we have to believe it will come. We know it’s not fair for her to be free and walking around, while you can not be with us. We tried to keep it from happening, but it was out of our control. G’ma spoke to the judge at her bond hearing, but he did not listen. When that day comes we know you can rest in peace and it will happen baby girl. We must have patience and believe in our justice system, they will find her guilty and send her away for a very long time.

Dear Chey Chey,
Aunt Gina and Uncle Tiiiiim, miss you very much! We hope that you are having a happy birthday with the Angels. Wish you were here, so we could hug you and give you a big kiss on the cheek! Brittany and Alicia miss you very much too. It is unbearable without your smiling face, and your little laugh. I don’t know how we made it through this day, except that I know you must have been close by, I could feel you near by and all day I remembered your voice calling me “Aunt Gina, guess what?” I know that if you were here you’d be telling me all about the neat stuff you would have gotten for school and how excited you would be about starting Kindergarten. You will always be our little baby girl and I know that you are in the loving arms of God, if we had known better you would still be here filling our lives with love and happiness. I just want to turn back time to before any of this started and stop it before it happened. We will always always love you and you will always always be in our hearts, Happy Birthday Chey Chey!! sure that you saw me crying when i told your picture happy birthday,I miss you so
much so does your cousin Katelynne she asks me all the time when can she see you. I
haven’t told her yet I don’t want to break her heart. I think of you every day and there
won’t be any peace for me until we have justice for you I know your mad that she is out don’t worry baby she’ll get hers. you just do what you have always been you be that beautiful angel princess watching over all of us. I have the Christmas present you gave to me the last time I was with you. I will always keep it close to my heart. I have the pictures of you and I on my night stand so I can look at them everyday and not a minute go’s by that im not thinking of you. I see you in my dreams and you tell me everything will be ok, but its just not enough. I miss you more than words can say and I know I will see you again. Continue to watch over your little brothers and make sure they are ok, let them know we will be seeing them soon.
